Suggestions for phone + phone plan?

I'm in seventh grade and I'm going to get a phone. I'd esp. like a camera phone. My price limit is $100 and a fairly cheap plan would be good as long as it includes texting. I don't know very much about phones and plans so any suggest would be great. Thanks!
