Suggestions for an outdoor wedding in July?

Hey, I was planning a wedding in Hawaii, but it is getting to ridiculous. I need suggestions for an outdoor location in Oregon for the ceremony and reception. Anyone have recommendations? Somewhere between Eugene, Salem, Bend or Portland. Thanks
 
I know nothing about Oregon, but my wedding was July 20th, 2002 and it was outdoors. Let me tell you something to do for your guests and it would be a cute favor.. make or buy decorative paper fans! Because it was SO HOT that day that everyone was folding the programs and using them as fans! And we all got sunburned! AND, our eyes are squinty from the sun in almost all the photos! lol prepare for the weather!! On a good note, it was a beautiful day and all the flowers were out. Do bubbles! Wear sunscreen! Watch out for bees! And... have a beautiful, wonderful day! Congrats! :)
