Suggestions for a boat to ski/fish/tube under 1,500lbs.?

I just bought a Honda CRV with a towing capacity of 1,500 lbs. I am looking to purchase a boat/trailer that my car will be able to tow. I can find several small fishing boats that my car will have no problem towing. I would like to be able to ski/tube also. Any suggestions on a boat/trailer that is under 1,500 that I can ski/tube/and fish with?
