My brother fell hitting his back some 9 yrs ago. Even though he did some ayurveda treatment say having some massage now he din't recover completely. Today he fell again hitting his back. What should we do?
It all depenRAB on what he did when he hit his back. The only way you are going to know if there was true damage done is to get to a doctor and have it checked out.
If his back is just sore, some Aleve and ice would be the next steps-with rest. With the limited amount of information, it is difficult to offer any constructive help. But I would reccomend going into the doctor to make sure there isn't any permanent damage done.
