Suggest some weekly diet & exercise routine to gain weight.?

i'm 18 yr old.. 183cm.. 130lbs..
Almost no fat, just little muscle mass.. i look too skinny..

Pls suggest me a good weekly diet to follow..

Apart frm diet, I think i should target legs, shoulders & back muscles first. Then all arm muscles, chest & abs..
Also suggest me weekly exercises accordingly..
Feel free to change my target if something is wrong..
