Suggest a good book on Conservatism?

I'm not a conservative, but I'm willing to listen to their point of view. Can you suggest a book that you, as a conservative, think I ought to read?
Actually, think of it this way. If you wanted to convert someone to becoming conservative, what book would you suggest?
