i have read on here many times that sugar is realy bad for your skin , but well its easter sunday and im haunted by a massive pile of dairy milk eggs and bars , should i eat them. im so tempted, do you think there will be realy bad side effects i would be eating 291.45g of sugar in a day

thanks w.b

NO! That much sugar is never good for anyone! sorry, that really freaked me.lol That much sugar will shut down your immune system by 50% for 7 hours. Also, sugar consumption is not recommended for those with acne. Only fructose in moderate amounts (form fruits and veggies) should be consumed. This sugar will help feed a yeast that grows in your intestines called Candida. Dairy also does this. Candida causes alot of problems (including acne) when overgrowth occurs. i suggest giving up sugar for 4 weeks and doing a Candida cleanse. if this doesn't help, then Candida isn't the problem and you may still consume moderate amounts of sugar.

I MUNCHED IT BEFOR READING YOUR RESPONCE,
ALL JUST UNDER 300g,
i feel sick now, but i don't feel tired or anything.I don't think the sugar has shut down my immune system but i do feel a little light headed and dizzy a lot like being drunk, my skins gonna be well bad. i drink loaRAB of milk like say somethimes 4 pints a day because i eat loaRAB of cheerios:confused:. what should i do with my diet.

any one reply on how i should change my diet for the better! is that much milk bad. And what fooRAB should i replace the baRAB one's for. i already take fish oil as they are good for skin and brain. but my diet neeRAB to change and fast.

I don't care about dairy, but if you want to stop eating it, just start using soymilk or a nut milk in your Cheerios instead. And just quit eating candy- you don't need a substitute for candy.

Switch from dairy to almond "milk" or rice "milk". both taste really good, and with some cheerios, the difference won't be noticed. Go to walmart and buy some ground flaxseed and flaxseed oil. Take the recommended serving each day of flaxseed oil and add ground flaxseed to cereal, salad, soup, etc. Go to a health food store and get extra-virgin coconut oil and take two tablespoons each day. You may also cook with it instead and apply it to the skin for a natural, chemical-free moisturizer and sunscreen. Eat recommended servings of fruits and veggies each day, preferably organic (since pesticides promote Candida). get a water filter (I like brita) and drink ten 8oz. glasses a day. Take a probiotic and take enzymes. Both help with acne. try products with tea tree oil for the skin, and avoid cheap "acne treatments".

300g of sugar = 10.7 ounces of sugar (28g = 1oz.). This is an insane amount of sugar. if you must have sugar for tea or coffee, use raw honey or turbinado sugar, in small amounts. The health food stores have low-sugar snacks you can eat instead of the high-sugar ones.

Also, you say you eat "loaRAB of cheerios". you may have a minor reaction to the wheat. Wheat acidifys the body, and promotes Candida.

Actually all my derms said sugar and your diet have NOTHING to do with acne...they said its hormonal. I changed my diet completely, cutting out sugars and only drinking water and didnt see any improvement. Finally i asked the doc and he told me changing diet wouldnt help. Its hormones that do it.

Eliminating sugar helps some people and doesn't help others. It turns out everyone's body is different. When I don't eat any refined sugar and eat fruit in moderation, my acne totally goes away. It is the only thing that helps. So please don't discourage other people from trying it, because the same thing "facts" don't apply to everyone.
