I own a german shepherd and a lab. The german shepherd used to be the alpha dog, but with age.. that has changed. The two dogs seemed to be the best of friends but for the past 3 days, our lab has attacked the shepherd 4 times. With the most recent one drawing a small amount of blood... Our lab has been nothing but the friendlist, most innocent dog until now and I have no idea why. The lab shows nothing but love for people and our cat. The lab and shepherd also got along all day today (even while alone) and slept next to each other. Im not sure what to do anymore, but I dont want to get rid of either dog or let either get hurt. How do you deal with a dog that suddenly becomes aggressive after over 3 years of nothing but love? Help!
