sudden sharp weird throat pain

I have a habit of clearing my throat(hacking noise), once and a while ill have plain honey and sometimes it kind of irratates/ sort of burns my throat for a minute. weird.. but i jjust tried some and it did irratate my throat, and now when i swallow the back of my throat sort of lower back, hurts when i swallow or inhale deeply, feels like a sharp tiny object, i looked all over google coulden't find anything. nothing serious but annoying and weird. may or not be related to honey, coulden't be a reaction. it does make me clear my throat and cough can't help it :(
 
The urge to clear your throat is caused by mucus. Do you have any sinus problems? Reflux?

Unfortunately chronic throat clearing actually causes more mucus to form, so it's a vicious circle.

Drinking or gargling with an ice cold carbonated beverage can ease the urge. If you do have to clear, try to do so without making the noise, it's less irritating to your throat.

I suspect that "sharp" bit you feel is a bruise but an ENT specialist would be a better judge of that.
