It's not bleeding, or anything, it's just out of a sudden sharp! It's has happened since i was little and had constipation problems all the time but then I took in a lot of fibers and it went away, i guess. But last night i had very few waters, and mostly salty foods. What should I do?
*I know it's not hermeriods(sorry for spelling) or anal fissure or any of that.
& i'm not constipated now, I can go and i really need to but it just hurts too much... i'm drinking lots of water right now.
and is there anything to soften really quickly? IT HURTS SO BAD D:
