I'm 14 years old, I usually get 8 hours of sleep on weekdays and 9-10 on weekends. It was a good schedule but it changed very abruptly after New Years. I know a lot of people are tired going back to school after break, but my sleep really got messed up. Now it takes me 1-2 hours just to fall asleep and when I wake up, I'm dead tired. Today it literally took me 20 minutes to get out of bed and I was trying the whole time.
Is there a normal explanation for this? Is it still after effects of the break?
