How to connect the phone?
Should i use the USB Cable that came with the phone???
 
Sorry for multipost but i can't edit my last post :-P



Try this:

1. Update Your HWK to 2085 (if You don't have yet)
2. Download "Qualcomm_USB_Driver_2.0.3.9.zip"
3. Turn Your phone to QUALCOM mode
4. Use different USB port, than You use usually
5. When system recognize new hardware and ask You for drivers, show him new drivers downloaded from support.
6. Restart Your computer and then try read codes from phone.
7 You must have SIM inserted. If You don't have original SIM, put antything else.

When You turn Your phone OFF, when he is in QUALCOM mode, You will have your phone in QUALCOM mode after power ON .
========================================

...so. Turn ON phone (WITHOUT SIM), put it in QUALCOM mode, turn it OFF, insert any SIM, turn ON, connect to HWK, read codes. It will work

you dont press unlock button only conect the phone
read phone info and the code will be calculated in last row

before you must do this

where can i download, before installing? a link would be nice!

Make sure to install QUALCOM drivers ! ! ! (Support/Drivers/Samsung/Qualcom_driver.rar)
 
dear sir s8300 cannot connect to pc inistaled driver and use all funda but no result give me istallationn guide i use cabel whitch come with phone & orignal cd of phone pl help me
 
hi i have installed drivers everthing. still cant connect.

in my device manager it shows 2 zte drivers installed com 9 and 10.

still not working.

what im i doing wrong

Click reset port then QCDI Info preferably put a chip carrier source that has a better result ..
 
Try this:

- Remove old (and new) Qualcomm drivers (if You can),
- Update Your HWK to 2085 (if You don't have yet)
- Download "Qualcomm_USB_Driver_2.0.3.9.zip" from Support Page
- Install it and RESTART COMPUTER.
