I found a recipe for old fashioned sugar cookies and the recipe calls for lemon extract. I have lemon juice but not lemon juice extract. Is there a way I can substitute lemon extract for sugar cookies? I am wanting to make some really good cookies like you buy in the store. If you have any recipes please feel free to share! Thanks!
