My best friend is being charged with 5th degree assult, and milisious punishment of a child gross misdemeanor, with nothing eles but traffic tickets on her record. What does it mean if I got a subpoena tonight for me to appear in court, and one that says my sons name in care of me? And what is the maximum that she can get sentenced?
