I am receiving SEVERAL phone calls that are blocked on my cell phone. They are on a daily basis and are at all hours, day and night! I am pretty sure I know who it is but the cell phone company won't release the blocked # with out a subpoena. How can I get one so that I can prosecute or get a ppo against this person? Also, the person that I think it is has sent me a couple threatening email messages which I have saved to help towards this case. Btw, I live in Michigan in case the laws are different. Thank you.
