Subpoena belong to some one else delivered at my door!?

I have seen a blue paper attached to the door of the apartment I rented a month ago. It is a subpoena commanding some one (I guess the previous tenant of this unit) to show up in court.
I took the subpoena to the leasing office and said that this has been wrongly delivered to my door. They said that they don't wanna get involved and have no comment!!

So, should I just throw this away since it doesn't belong to me or sent them a letter saying that it has been unsuccessfully delivered. In this case, would it be a liability for me?

Your inputs are highly appreciated.
