Hello everyone hope everyones feeling ok.For me 2nd time around how dont know all I know that it is almost over.Its day 7 cold turkey again last time was oxy and perc.This time sub 4ml a day I am so stupid and I said last time it wouldnt happen again ha.I really get alot from reading everyones stories and it got me through the first time and I know it will again.How gross can you feel.And how good you feel clean.

If you are on day 7, you probably are nearing the end of your withdrawals. You will probably have craving for the next few weeks or longer and you need to work your way through them. Being off of drugs made me realize how I hurt my family as well. Life is unlimited once you are drug free and you will feel so much better.

Knowing that you will have to watch yourself around these drugs is part of the education process. You might consider going to a Narcotics Anonymous meeting to get more info.
