Subjects to take for wildlife journalism / vet?

I want to become a wildlife journalist or vet (I want to keep my options open). I'm in Year 11 and have already taken half my maths (Module 1= A* and module 5=A) and core science(A*). Subjects I am currently taking are: Maths, English Lit. and English Language, Double science, French, Music, Geography and Art. I have to start thinking about what A-levels I am going to take, what a-levels will I need for wildlife journalism (I want to take biology and chemistry as wildlife journalist is my fall back position from veterinary science)? Also what degree should I get if I was to become a wildlife journalist? Thank you
 
did you get any information on what subjects to take for wildlife journalism? i have been interested in it for quiet some time and i am in a levels now and i also need some help in finding out what degree i would need to be a w. journalist and what universities would have the best options for me
