I'm tired of talking to people on chatrooms, introducing myself from the asl as being from CT and then being told that I might not want to talk to them cause they're black or latino. What the Fuck? I said I was a nutmegger, not a racist moron. Where did that stereotype come from anyway? I talk to people from all across the country, and believe me, New York, New Jersey, Texas, and many other states have alot more prejudice. Sure, we have a couple here that call things a jew or gay, but that doesn't mean they're prejudice...against jews anyway, alot of people are prejudice of gay men. I'm personally not. I think prejudice is the stupidest thing in the world. I don't care about race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and whatever else there might be. And I know plenty of people in CT feel the same way, and plenty more hate most prejudice. Just leave us frichen Nutmeggers alone!
 
Conn.'s nickname is the nutmeg state. it's also called the constitution state, as we were the first state to agree to it... or something.

If you want me to elaborate on the history of why it's the nutmeg state, tell me, and I will.
 
ok, to Smoke, first of all, why the hell would you care let alone post a comment to this topic if it doesnt' interest you. Who the hell cares if its in the wrong section? And if your really pissed off about it, create another thread about how pissed you are because people who have no experience in a forum they've just joined post a threads that you really don't give a damn about in the wrong section, because heaven forbid that if its in the wrong section you can't just ignore it. With that being said, I didnt' know there was a chit-chat section, otherwise i would have put it there. But isn't that what everything here is? Someone writes something and someone else replies, eitehr agreeing or stating an anecdote of their own that the last person's post reminded them of? Therefore all of this is chitchat and I really don't give a damn about what section its in. Life Sux, hence the name of the topic. And since this stereotype makes my life suck, it belongs in the life sux topic. I didnt' know it would become chitchat, I thought other people would post anecdotes of hwo they hate stupid prejudices. And to be honest, I don't give a damn. And if my lack of caring what topic this thread goes in is making your life suck right now, it is in the appropriate thread.
Ok, other thing. Constitution state. Don't you remember the story about hidign the constitution in the white oak tree? If not, look it up on google because I don't feel like giving a history lesson.
