Stupid e70-2 keeps restarting when using WLAN

Only as of lately, my e70-2 has been restarting itself when i try to use wlan to connect to my email. It also happens for web but less often. I just had this happen 5x in a row, verrrry annoying!! I noticed that it mostly happens at my university...hmmm

any ideas? Cant deal with this much more and no data plan to use as alternate
 
Forgot to mention that i have latest firmware and run no other apps when this all occurs...i almost never have this problem with web now that i think about it but seriously as of late 9/10 times my email restarts phone when connecting ;( helpp

I've noticed that certain access points will do the same thing to mine. Interestingly, most of the problematic access points have been at airports. (There have been threads where other people reported the same problem at airports). No solution as far as I know.
 
Yep. I updated to latest firmware on Nokia's website about a month ago. I had same issue. I was also getting the error messages saying that I need to close certain applications because memory was low. Not as problematic now with the firmware up grade. Might be an issue with handset's compatibilty with some signals being sent from certain types of access points? You'd think the bugs would be worked out by now. I have unl data package so I don't sweat it too much. Nevertheless, quite annoying.
 
yeah I've only had this problem here at school in certain buildings (they all use the same SSID and network), so I'm not TOO worried about it but it IS pretty annoying.

I havent had the problem in a few days now though so maybe the network fixed itself? sweet hah
