Here is the Stupid Customer Service Rep of the Day Award Section to post about how some silly CSR Rep is clueless about the products and or services that they sell.....
To be honest everytime I have had a problem or question Verizons customer service has helped me and in some cases went beyond. That is one of the reasons why I am with Verizon for 7 years because of their cell service and customer service.
So far i have had nothing but positive results with √erizon service, wireless and fios 3 plays all been great. I understand you can run into a new guy or someone who just doesn't have the experience as others, but overall their service has been great.
