Ok, so my I have a samsung Alias (thru verizon) and I just got it in March... and Its in good shape like i mean its been tossed around in the past but nothing too damaging...
Anyways...
Earlier I was talking to my beau and every time he said anything his words would get 'fuzzy' but I could still hear what he was saying, then like not even an hour ago, he called me and every time he spoke it was complete 'fuzziness' i couldn't even make out his words, so I hung up and called him back and there was silence, no fuzziness, nothing... so then I put it on speaker just to see and i could hear him fine!!
I tried turning my phone off and that didn't work, actually when I turned it on it had a blank screen but then after a sec went to normal...
I tried to take out my battery for a sec but I couldn't get the back of my phone open... Has anyone else had a problem like this? What do I do? I can't just have speaker phone thats annoying and WTF this phone is only 3 months old!! Do you have an Alias and have had this issue??
I would prefer not to hafta spend any kind of money... But i really need my phone, it's my primary line, like i use this phone for all calls... and If possible I'd like to avoid going into the VZW store, cos I'll flip the french out...
