Studying in Japan (University)?

I am an international studying currently studying in high school in UAE (in the middle east).

I am planning to go to university either after finishing this school year, or the next.

I am currently studying under the British curriculum and doing my CIE AS-Levels in Math (P1 and M1), Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

I have already completed my O-Level IGCSE Exams last year in Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English (as a second language), Environmental Management and Information Technology (IT). Scoring 4 A*, 1 A and 2 B.

Anyway, not long ago I went to a "education fare" kind of place and there I met a recruiter from Germany and he told me a lot of things, and what I was most interested in is that he said studying in Germany is very expensive, however, if I learn the language and study in a German-speaking university it would be much more affordable and maybe even better in teaching quality.

I asked him how would I learn a completely new language and start studying in university. He said that some universities offer an intensive language program which will teach me everything I need to know in the first 8 months and then directly start to study at the university.

So, I was wondering if something like this also is available in Japan. I want to study Computer Science, and I think Japan is a great place to do this. Please tell me what you know about studying there and learning the language and if you can recommend any specific universities for me check out, that would be great too.

Thank You.
