studying in japan? PLEASE ANSWER! I NEED HELP!?

i want to study in japan but only for ONE year. im 17years old and i currently live in the phils. can anyone recommend to me a good school i could enter? what should i study/learn for a year only? PLEASE HELP! im desperate and i really want to try to study in japan for a year, but im totally clueless
