so im new to off camera lighting and studio lighting .... i was wondering if i could possibly get some advice i currently own a canon rebel xsi and i have a speedlite 430 ex II ..i've heard that flash lighting is better than continuos lighting, so could i use the pocket wizard plus II with my flash? and how many would i have to buy ? do i need a hotshoe to pc adapter? and what kind of soft boxes and stands do you recommend that are affordable (or a kit) considering im a 19 year old college student living on my own
