Student financial problems-advice?

I'm a college student and have been unable to find employment this Summer. I have no way to pay July rent, and student fees that are due the second week of July.

I do not have family that could assist me in any way. I continue search for a job daily, however the reality is It's been a month and a half with no luck so far. I won't be recieving bursaries or student loans until September.

What can I do? I concisdered a credit card (not ideal, but I need to pay rent and student fees somehow). Is there anything else I could do?
(if it matters, I'm in Canada)
 
Try to see if you are eligible for grants. Continue to seek employment, maybe something will come through before September. Also, see if your college has work study or part-time work for students.I am in a similar situation, I won't get another student loan until January. Good Luck
