Stuck bright pixels on Panasonic Camcorder?

It's a VDR-D50P.. I didn't notice the issues until after filming, but they are still there.. Even with the lens cover is down, the bright mark is still there, and doesn't expand or shrink when I zoom in or out.
It's frustrating, why does this happen?
 
It's a problem with LCD (liquid crystal display). The liquid in the pixel is not dispersed properly causing it to be off color. You can take a pen and lightly tap it to see if you can get the liquid to even out a bit. Otherwise you can try returning it due to having a defective screen.
