Strong desire for sex...possible mental problem?

First off I'm a girl. Everytime I see attractive guys I almost think of them as prey. I've had sex(not including oral) with 20 different people and I'm 18. It almost gives me a sense of power when I have sex with someone. I always have a strong strong desire to want men. I probably sound like a trashy person but I can't help what I feel and I just have a sense that this isn't normal. I do have some emotion problems not to mention I am a very angry person. Is it normal? Is it something else?
 
That is quiet a few people. I mean people would call you a whore or whatever but its ok to enjoy sex just be safe. Why not try and just have sex with one person instead of multiple so you don't catch anything. Hpv is very common now and even if a guy gets checked out it still won't show up for males.
