Stripping DRM from WMA

Anyone know of a good utility to strip DRM from WMA's?

I've tried FairUse4WM, acoustica, etc... all of these programs require you to have the license prior to being able to strip it from the music.

I currently use fairuse4wm and it works fine. I'm not sure what you mean by requiring a license before you can strip it.
