stretching before sprinting?

hello
I have read on the internet that stretching before sprinting (including dynamic stretching) can slow you down instead of making you faster. Is this true and if so, what should I do to warm-up before sprint training?
 
As long as you do it 5 mins or more before hand, it won't slow you down.

I recommend doing stride outs (extremely long glided sprints for a short distance) before you race.
