Ok, I want to have a body that a martial artist, flipper or boxer would have.
I'm 6'1 and a half and weigh 195.
I bench press about 320 and don't have all that much fat on me.
I want to have the body of a martial artist or flipper/boxer.
I want to learn how to flip so i can add that to my skills. Right now i just have some strength because I can bench press alot i guess?
Would someone be willing to give me some excercises or advice on how to get my body in condition to flip and have strength similar to martial artists.
