Strength and Conditioning question for BJJ?

For those with experience in grappling in general, what do you think is more important to develope pushing muscels such as tricep, chest, shoulder ect. or pulling like bicep, back ect.(only applied to upper body). Abviously you don't want to get unbalanced on one or the other, as well as work lower body, and grip (forearm)
