street rod battery dies. is this a known problem where something draws the

battery down while the bike sits? the bike only has about 300 miles. it sits alot. i have used a trickle charger to attempt to keep the battery charged. the bike does have the factory alarm but i do not set it. the bbike is garage kepted.
