Stranger error on two ZV10 from Vodafone Spain

Hi to all. I have two ZV10 with no read codes to unlock it. Always see " | " caracter, and not codes.
It is the image:

I reinstall the driver modem two times and the "diagnostic modem conection" on System it's OK
Can help me?

and the strange here is that mine after tried to read codes not even acept original card

try to ful flash again....
when it's fully flashed try to unlock it
if flaser stops in the midle try again until it's finished....

what flasher are you use???
there are two diferents.... one for zv10 and one for others z samsung phones...
try good flasher
