And the bullying isn't the issue. Why are his friends moving other people's bikes? They're not employees. If he's too busy because he's a one-man shop (which in my opinion is another problem), then he should hire more people. Second, he wheelied your bike while doing a test ride? As far as I know, that's not one of the things on the service checklist.
Bottomline, if he doesn't respect your property, you shouldn't be using him.
