Any dealer that would wheelie a bike while "road testing" it doesn't know jack about bikes, doesn't respect a customer's property, and is more interested in playing. Get yourself another dealer and ignore these jokers.

Being that I'm from New York I would have blown up! To have the dealer wheelie your bike? He would be lucky to walk again afterwards! I don't even like the fact that the dealer has to test ride my bike after service at all!
Go in there tell the guy off, and his jerkoff friends and than go to another dealer!

And the bullying isn't the issue. Why are his friends moving other people's bikes? They're not employees. If he's too busy because he's a one-man shop (which in my opinion is another problem), then he should hire more people. Second, he wheelied your bike while doing a test ride? As far as I know, that's not one of the things on the service checklist.
Bottomline, if he doesn't respect your property, you shouldn't be using him.

Lifes too short to have to deal with jackasses. It's your bike, your time, and your money. You don't have to be made uncomfortable. Going back there only gives them more reason to escalate their behavior. If you enable them, it will get worse. Time to move on.
