Strange vibes at Ducati dealer

It is a one man shop. I can and will take the bike elsewhere even while under warranty...the other dealer here is huge and they can do just about anything, without kicking you hard!...they are like friends/family to me!...there is no comparison.
 
I travel an hour each way to get my bikes serviced, because they look after me and my bikes, there are 2 other dealers within 20 minutes or so of where i live ..would i go near them? never again..simple...
 
For one, my bike is under Ducati's warranty...Secondly, i had thought that i was welcome in their community but found out that it was not the case, therefore i posted here for your counsel! Now, the totality of the circumstances dictate that the bike should NOT be ridden there, the area is unsafe also...the other dealer is huge and so good that it pales anything i've seen around the globe!
 
i'm glad to hear this confidence inspiring fact!...i guess i tried to join their community so hard that this whole thing came down as a huge disappointment to me...but there are several other avenues i now know that are ready and willing to take good care of my bike without the baggage.
 
Is no big deal, i know my bikes are looked after and i am looked after.... if you don't get this feeling go elsewhere

No offense, but I don't see why people get so upset ot take it so personally if they don't get their arse kissed or aren't treated like royalty by dealers or vendors? sure, a bit of respect is nice, but this trying so hard bit just dumbfounds me..

maybe you're trying to hard and they think you're a wanker?? hence the way they treat you??
 
A... I bring my bike in for service and You wheelied my Bike!... Bam! black eye right then and there, very least bitch slapping.. (yea right broke your fairing while moving it)

B... Stunta's.. Sheesh, what do you expect. Obviously by your comments your one to bro.

C... And your concerned weather to bring your bike there anymore cause of his friends bullying you? Shit Boy! they giving you a hard time cause your an easy mark.... Ok I'll say it.. A Wuss..

What is this Jr. High school??.. Take your bike somewhere else, Mature a bit... Ok a lot... Grow a pair..

Hi...the area of the town where this shop is is riddled with vehicular accidents registered with the DOT. The area also has more crime, drugs...more reckless drivers, road rage, not the best streets, sudden left turners, you get the picture...more people who have not much to lose!
