Strange vibes at Ducati dealer

Hello, I thought of seeking some advise on how to deal with the dealership where I bought my 1098S not too long ago. The shop is a one man shop that usually gets visited by some same people who regularly come to hang out with the dealer who seems like a good guy, at least acts like a good guy but he is the least of the potential problem, he is slightly nosey. Some of his buddies seemed somewhat evil the other day. Normally, they hardly recognize my presence but they ask me pointed questions as to whether I do stunts and when I say I do not do them on the public roads, they ask, "why not?" Now, they crossed the line and give me gestures to do wheelies on the public street. Oh, one of his buddies even damaged my bike while he was reportedly moving it around in the garage so the owner-dealer ended up replacing the front faring of my 1098S earlier this year. The dealer, while testing my bike, did do a wheelie on my bike but that is nor here nor there. I am a bit annoyed with his buddies poking fun at me and mocking me, to say the least and the dealer just acts oblivious with a wide smile when these bullies pick on me. It is not possible to avoid the bullies because the place is too small. I feel like being target fixated. Any good advise would be much appreciated.

easy ,try another dealer !!. but then again it could be you !! do you have horns ,big ears and green skin ? . sounds like you may easily be intimidated, when walking in there......hj

Ok, I am not easily intimidated because I have been around for a great while more than this click who acts like a nice little shack but has so much pent up jealousy that I can literally feel it despite my thick skin. I feel no such heat at any other dealership, only friendship and good will. As to having my bike taken elsewhere, yes it is under serious consideration. This sort of ill treatment is the last distraction one needs while riding. Mind you, I have given them quite a bit of business, it is not like I bought the bike elsewhere. I am open to suggestions and would like to use collective wisdom from all here. Years have made me much humble than one would assume.

Have a talk with the owner (trust me I work at a dealership). If you can't resolve the problem then take your buisness elsewhere. You spent way to much money on the bike to put up with that crap!

Amazing that someone else said the same thing to me. The dealer himself is a good mechanic whom I trust but I simply cannot endure the disrespect from the rif-raff that surrounds him constantly. I get the message: walk away.
