On friday evening i had what i would describe as a dull achy pain when swallowing and felt like a gland was slightly swollen this continued through saturday but subsided by the afternoon , By sunday evening i began to feel a sharp pain like grit or glass was stuck and rubbing between the base of my tongue and throat on my left side It was not as bad when swallowing but eating is markedly pain-full like eating sharp glass Whats going on ???
