strange problem with wifi

i have nokia n93 and try hard to connect throgh wifi and still getting "no gateway reply" till i turn of the pc and suddenly every thing is ok
and now i know the problem is my pc refuse to add connection of my phone
and i want to know if any pc setup for that or any usefull informatin plzzzzzzzzz

the pc has nothing to do with that i think, try turning wep key off, and it should work~
