Strange problem 8110

Hi all
i have some strange problem in 8110 vodafone frome france i think
when i try to save number on phonebook and call it
it give me +394 after number ??

Example : 0123456789 this number on phone memory
when i try to call it
it become like this
+394 0123456789
and it cost me more money to make a call

any idea to help me
i tried to flash it middle east flash
but nothing still have this problem

And This 4 Help other people may Face This Problem in Future

1. Press Green Button ( Call Button )
2. Select Option
3. Smart Dialing
4. Country Code Change it to your country code or make it Unknown

Now it Fix And Work Great
