Strange Pain Below Right Front Ribcage

I've recently noticed occasional pain and overall weirdness, for lack of a better word, in the area starting at my very lowest ribs and ending just above my hip, in the front. Visibly, it looks kind of like my entire right ribcage is twisted inward a little bit, so that the left half of it does not stick out as much as my left ribcage does, and the right half of it sticks out further. There also might possibly be a bit of a lump or something, but that could be part of my ribs. It's hard to tell because it becomes very sore if I feel around too much.
Occasionally the area will be a little bit sore, and if I press on it it becomes more and more sore, with a dull type of pain.

I've also noticed a few other weird things:
-If I press towards the bottom of my right ribcage, it seems to click or crack inward, until eventually it moves back to normal if I don't mess with it.
-If I run something like a pen horizontally from the right side of my stomach, in towards my belly button, there seems to be some sort of muscle spasm or something in that sore area that seems to be related. This will only work on the right side, and has no effect on the left side.

I'm wondering if this all could be related to intense unexplained stomach aches that I have been getting for several years now, or possibly from beginning to see a chiropractor. (since I only noticed this after I started seeing the chiropractor..but it could have been there before without me noticing)

I haven't really talked to a doctor about this yet. I've had a lot of injuries and health issues throughout my life and have never been able to get real help from the doctors that I see (through Kaiser) so I don't really bother going there unless I have to. But maybe it would help if I already had an idea of what it could possibly be, to suggest to the doctor, so it would be really great if someone could help out.

I'm 17 and female, if that's important. Also I have had all sorts of tests done (ultra-sound, x-ray, urine, etc etc..) , in fact so many that I couldn't list them all, in order to try to explain the previously mentioned unexplained stomach aches.

Anyway, sorry this is so long. I have a tendancy to do that. I just want to make sure I put in all of the necessary details. Too much is usually better than not enough, right? =P
Thank you so much for your time and help.
