Well...i had a nightmare that i was being strangled, and i also couldnt breathe when i was having this nightmare, and when i woke up there was a sheet wrapped around my neck and now my neck is all red and when i move my head around my neck hurts alot.....is this bad?? And if so what is it?? Its creeped me out alot.
