So, ever since I was in elementary school (I am now a freshman in high school) I have been having strange illnesses every single night. What happens is, I would just be sitting around doing something, late at night, and I would randomly get a dry mouth which will eventually lead to difficulty swallowing. Then I get a stomach ache and the pain level varies each night. I believe, this may be a mental issue for me because it only happens when i'm actually thinking about it. If i am out with friends or doing something to distract me, it will either not happen that night or go away. This has been happening to me ever since I was very young and i've had enough. Could you please help me?
I have tried:
-Drinking water
-Laying down and relaxing (which only makes the stomache pain and dry mouth worse)
-Seeing a doctor- They just told me I had a sleeping problem and suggested over the counter sleeping pills which only made me sick.
