I have these strange little bugs that are attracted to my porch light at night. The weird thing is they seem to create this stuff that looks like a spider web that they then live in. I can't seem to get rid of them but I don't know what they are. They look a lot like the little bugs that you usually see hopping around in the grass only they are black.
