This has been bothering me for months actually, but it is not a pain in a sense, its almost like a dark foreboding? Its like when you feel guilt you get that feeling in your stomach, but this is just undernearth my breast bone, and it almost feels like sadness, but it is so heavy and it comes and goes, sometimes worse than others. What can this be? I am confused
