Strange feelings in chest and throat last night.?

Long story short ( If I can ) About 1 year ago I was home and had what I think was a panic / Anxiety attack while on my computer. My heart was fast , Taking deep breaths

Feeling shortness of breath sometimes

dizzyness

sometimes I feel back of my mouth is dry

Left arm feels slighty different ( not pin and nidles ) more like a small amount of the dead arm feeling.

No pain .

Anyway they connected me up to take a reading of my heart and heart was normal, then waited to see a doctor , she listined to my heart beat was normal, then my lungs, normal then blood pressure both starnding and sitting, both normal them sugar level, normal. So why am I feeling like I have to take deep breats, even now while I am on my laptop? if I am in the clear?

Oh ps: my taking deep breath has been going on most days for the past week or so, and heart beat few day's also... Bit of nightmare as being given all clear but feeling the same. Will perhpas go see my GP later in the week. But last night just seem so out of the blue. :(


Its been 1 year from what happened above and last night I was on the sofa and I just felt my chest felt funny at one point i worried my heart missed a beat. I went to bed however I could not sleep sue to the feelings I had in my chest and throat the feeling of nerves like before an interview or going on a roller-coaster my left arm felt like it was beating!

My friend asked me what I had to eat , and I did have Ice cream , two cakes and decaf coffee could it be sugar. I have been to my GP during the first time as stated above and he just said to me its all in my head.

I dont have stress with work , at all nor in life things are ok. I'm 29 year old male not a smoker but have smoked a few fags this week and maybe 2 per week. I do a lot of walking each day . What should I ask next if I go see my GP again? I want to start jogging again

Please any advice would be great. Thank you ! :)
I will take on bored my diet , however just to add I am not over weight. I know I dont drink enough water or fruit so as from today I will change that. 2: I use my laptop a bit work stuff etc but not stuck to it. In that case I will try limit my time that I use it still.
