strange feeling whem m at my home?

I have recently got married and with a week after marriage my husband joined his office & he had to do night shift, so I was sleeping with my Mother-in-law. The problem is whenever in the dark at home I feel some is watching me or is behind me.i feel goose bumps in the eve whenever I watch TV even though the room is warm.im getting thses goose umps more often.recently it happened that I slept alone in the bedroom n mother in law in another room, suddenly I woke up due to vibration of the bed ..initialy I thought I was dreaming bt it lasted for few more minutes ..i got scared and I called my husband..i don’t knw whts wrong with me..fyi, I was never before scared of evil..but here I m scared..pls help..pls also note this house is a newly constructed building which my husband purchased 2years back.when my husband and mother in law shifted to this new home they had had to face many health problem..pls help..if any one knows ahts this all about..
