Strange eerie commercial with a old woman with axe?

Last night I saw a clip while watching Family Guy in between 5:00am to 5:30am, of some, grandma old woman yielding an axe and swinging it towards the T.V. the whole time there was only a static noise that you would hear from a TV set, with a ringing noise that you would hear in your ears. Has anyone else seen this? If you could link me to some clips or anything relative it would be nice
