i'm thinking this is a spider bite. but i didnt see anything crawl up and bite me. its on my pointer finger, and its two 'bubbles' which look filled with fluid with a close proximity to each other.. it actually feels hot and is red. is this anything i should worry about? i've actually never been bitten before... haha.
