Strange behaviour on C55

Hy ppl!

Ive got this C55 but everytime i press the "on" botton it doesn

It needs CPU IC to be resoldered ! (hardware problem)

I must take it out and then just resolder it without doing anything else? New flash or bin nothing?

Yes, just take it out, and reball it well, it wont need flashing (as soft is not damaged .. yet)

Can you direct me a photo of the PCB with the CPU IC indicated? I don

CPU = preccessor

Infineon must be written on it !

The best way is to use hot-air station, or can i use a 20w soldier iron for this work?

it's hardware problem, like BB-GSM said rehot CPU and see.

Can i do it with a 20w soldering iron? Can i place it on the top of the cpu to rehot underneath? Thats my problem... :|

I need help on this...i have the phone dismatled wating to know if i can use my 20W soldering iron...:|
